Such training allows participants to develop necessary recognized skills and qualifications, as well as be effective and professional in their security role. The ever- changing global dynamics, be it natural disasters, biological threats, epidemics or terrorism, has an impact on the field of security. This means the degree of professionalism expected from those involved in the security industry will constantly increase.

The aim of training and qualification is to increase the skills and professionalism of those employed in the industry and raise standards of performance. 4Cast Security Solutions will continuously improve the standards of both training and qualification.

The Solution

4Cast Security Solutions 5-day training course meets the necessary criteria for those wishing to apply for the Basic Security Officers training program. In working with each company, 4Cast Security Advisors/Instructors can develop a customized training program designed to meet the needs of that individual business. That customized training program will also be in accordance with the company's own security policy, and, at the same time ensure that techniques are simple enough to be used by people of any age and ability.

The course is delivered in two parts. Part one is theoretical and provides the underpinning knowledge required for the Security Officer. Part two is a physical endurance and self defense training that focuses on implementing theoretical portions into practice and integrating the two.

These two training sequences will instill participants with confidence, knowledge and the ability to act in any stressful situation in accordance with international security guidelines. This is an important skill needed by the security industry. For those companies which are required to train a larger number of staff, we can deliver that training in-house.

The course covers a variety of topics which are delivered with maximum class interaction.

It culminates with several practical scenario sessions:

• Understanding the importance of customer care
• Communication skills
• Calming difficult situations and avoiding violence
• Identifying different types of behavior
• Understanding what risks occur during violence at work
• Managing aggression
• Problem-solving skills
• Reflecting and learning from the experience of conflict

Results and Course Outcomes:

At the end of this course and upon successful completion of the 2 part exam, (theoretical and practical), candidates will have achieved the required level of knowledge and understanding in the areas listed in the modules above and will be rewarded with a certificate or letter of recognition from the employer.

Basic Security Officer Course Costs:

U$ 750 / person / course (excl. PPN 10%)

Price includes 1/2 day First Aid/CPR training by an internationally recognized medical centre.

The First Aid/CPR training is a critical segment of the training, and is in accordance with international security standards.

For corporate or group training programs, the maximum number of attendees is 20 persons.

The program minimum is 4 persons
